Yes! We are a new kind of platform designed for the teams who have to battle for budgets to get access for employees to connect with what matters (sadly, we are finding that is a lot of teams). For Free, you will receive a designated time period (days not months) to get started. Afterwards, your first payment will begin and if the pricing above does not work for your team we will create a custom plan for your company to start engaging employees with purpose & meaning. It matters and it is our mission for every employee to get access.
Can I really get Unlimited with the Starter subscription?
Yes! We are here to guide you to creating the most effective way to connect your people to purpose & meaning through unlimited campaigns and challenges (or just one big one every quarter).
Can I really prove the ROI to my leadership team?
Absolutely, we’ve even prepared a full step-by-step tutorial on how to prepare for your presentation to show how connecting your people to purpose is directly related to business profits and the bottom line.
What if I some employees never register to connect with purpose & meaning on the platform?
We can help. We are not a traditional platform. Through our product design we see that over time we can double or triple participation rates across solutions. However, if your account manager sees that employees are not participating we can remove individuals or segments from your plan without charge.
Do you also provide a turnkey content and communication solution so I don't have to prepare all the content?
Yes we do! You can pick and choose from the pricing buckets above what is most important or request a custom quote to make sure you receive our “Curated Content” under our professional services. This service allows you to simply let our team create campaigns and challenge content on your behalf.
Is Noonday completely automated for employees?
No. By nature of an engagement platform, we only succeed if your employees are active and excited to connect around your CSR, Social Impact, Wellbeing or other. With that in mind, we pick and choose what is automated across the various elements of the employee experience.
